Supports Push Up for 30-day challenge. The main function of this app is to count your daily Push Ups.

Main Function:

How to Use:
<ul>
 <li>Place your iPhone on the floor</li>
 <li>Tap the screen once</li>
 <li>Keep your face close to the upper part of the iPhone screen *</li>
 <li>Alternatively, count the Push Ups on each tap on the iPhone screen</li>
</ul>

Calculating Active Energy:
For example, with METs 3.8, weight of 50 kg, and exercise duration of 10 minutes: (3.8 - 1) x 50 x (10 / 60) x 1.05 = 24.5 kcal.

Optional permission requests:

 <li>Tracking: Used to provide personalized ads</li>
